Starting October 7, 2025, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) will implement BSP Circular No. 1218, setting a ₱500,000 daily cash withdrawal limit.

You will still have full access to your money. The limit applies only to cash withdrawals. If you need to withdraw more than ₱500,000, present a valid ID, provide a valid reason, and submit supporting documents such as a hospital bill or business transaction.

This policy keeps the financial system secure, prevents misuse of funds, and protects everyone’s money.
