Loan Terms and Conditions
Purpose of Loan
- To improve agricultural productivity in the rural areas by providing credit assistance to qualified borrowers.
- Farming of agricultural crops such as rice, corn, vegetable, onion and coconut.
Loan Processing Requirements
- Application Forms duly filled-out and signed by the applicant/s
- 2 x 2 ID Picture
- 2 Valid IDs
- Community Tax Certificate
- Mayor’s or Business Permit (if applicable)
- Financial Statements or Income Tax Return (if applicable)
- Bank Statement/ Passbook for the past three (3) months
- Certificate of Employment (if applicable)
- Proof of Billing
- Photocopy of Title/s
- REM collateral with proper documentation
- Tx Declarations, Clearance and Tax Receipt
- Lot plan with vicinity map
- MARO/ BARC
- Proof of ownership of other properties
- Other documents as may be required:
- Deed of undertaking
- Affidavit of non-tenancy of farm lot
- Affidavit of consent to mortgage family home for residential lot
- Special power of attorney (if applicable)
- Waiver of rights
Eligibility Criteria
- A Filipino citizen
- 21-65 Years Old
- Within the present serving area
- Not engaged in illegal activities
- Must have a good credit record with banks and other lending institutions
- With stable source of income
- With acceptable collateral to cover the amount of loan
- Not an accommodation
- Must not been turned down by another branch

Purpose of Loan
- For farm lot acquisition
- To redeem the farm lot under lease agreement (tutubos ng sangla sa bukid)
- To acquire farm lot by means of lease contract (kukuha ng sangla na bukid)
- Construction of post-harvest facilities, (i.e. warehouse, solar bed dryer)
- Acquisition of farm machineries other than machineries under the Agri-Machinery Loan Program (i.e.c harvester, tractors and trans planter.
- To improve agricultural productivity in the rural areas by providing credit assistance to qualified borrowers.

loan with savings component and technical support. - To improve agricultural productivity in the rural areas by providing credit assistance to qualified borrowers.
- Specifically designed for micro-entrepreneurs
Loan Processing Requirements
- Duly accomplished Loan Application Form
- Valid ID of an applicant/borrower.
- BARC/MARO Certification
Eligibility Criteria
- Farmers-land owners and farmers-tenants engaged in palay, corn,
vegetable, onion, root crop and swine production. - The applicant should be the registered land owners/tenants with MARO/BARC Certificate.
- Minimum land of half hectare (0.5) and maximum of five (5) hectare for
crop commodity. - Minimum of two (2) sow level up to maximum of ten (10) sow level for
breeder farmer. - Minimum of five (5) heads up to maximum of fifty (50) heads for fattener
farmer. - Applicant or his spouse is engaged in agribusiness for at least one (1)
year. - 18-65 years old and in good health condition.
Loan Rates
Regular Interest Rate – 3% per month (add-on)
