GMBank relocates Tarlac City Branch to reach more communities

GMBank Tarlac City Branch is now at Barangay San Nicolas

TARLAC CITY, TARLAC. In a groundbreaking initiative and efforts to bridge the rural banking to the community, The Good Money Bank (GM Bank of Luzon, Inc., A rural bank) relocated its Tarlac City Branch Operations to broaden and enhance its accessibility to the Tarlaceños at the Barangay San Nicolas, Tarlac City, Tarlac last February 19, 2024, with its ceremony held last February 23, 2024.

Prior to the relocation, GMBank Tarlac City Branch was located at Barangay Sto. Cristo, Tarlac City, Tarlac for the last 15 years. The said Financial Institution was erected dated August 1, 2008.

“Ang prefer namin na relocation for marketing ay dapat nasa main road tayo for accessibility. Kailangan natin i-maximize ang lugar na hindi natin abot sa kabila [GMBank Tarlac City Branch old site] said Branch Banking Group Cluster 3 Head, Mr. Joey M. Gonzaga, in a statement on his insights for the Branch’s transfer. Mr. Gonzaga also shared his insights on the new customer demographics which will help the Bank to reach the most rural areas of Tarlac [Province].

On the other hand, during the opening ceremony, which were attended by several notable names under GMBank namely Mr. Jonas A. Sagum, Head of Branch Banking Group; Ms. Marie Aimee M. Samson-Maramba, Executive Director and the Head of Loan Administration and Services Department (LASD); Ms. Chona Y. Co, Head of Compliance and Risk Management Group; Ms. Cecilia V. Bacani, Head of Operations Department who initiated the opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for the said event.
