Employees celebrate virtual year-end party despite pandemic restrictions
HR Department ensures swift celebration despite limitations.
In the current pandemic situation, virtual parties have become a popular way to celebrate various occasions. GMBank was able to adapt to this trend by organizing virtual parties for the employees amid the challenges.
GMBank, headed by the Human Resources Department, organized a virtual year-end Thanksgiving party via Zoom last December 28, 2022. Equipped with fun activities such as virtual games, e-raffles, and intermissions from newly hired employees. A virtual holy mass was also held and dedicated to the success of the bank for the year 2022.
The virtual year-end Thanksgiving party was an opportunity that GMBank took to recognize and appreciate employees. The virtual awards ceremony also took place to acknowledge the employment milestones of the loyalty awardees for the year 2022. This helped boost employee motivation and create a sense of belonging within the bank.
Though the virtual year-end party may differ from traditional in-person celebrations, GMBank took the opportunity to create a unique and memorable experience for its employees. By utilizing interactive platforms, planning engaging activities, incorporating surprises, and fostering a festive atmosphere, GMBank Virtual Year-end Party is a resounding success. It is the collective spirit and camaraderie that make the occasion special, regardless of the physical distance between the employees.
