GM Cycle Corp.
    (1)Branch Manager
      Qualifications:
      • At least 4 years course
      • At least 2 years experience in Sales and Collection Management as well as overall branch day to day operation.
      • Driving, Computer Literacy, Human Relations and Communication.
      • Reports directly to the Operation Head basically do the Sales and Collection function. Responsible for the branch management and personnel administration.
      Responsibilities:
      1. In charge of Inventory Management including DEPOSITED/REPOSSES UNIT management.
      2. Improves image of the branch looks, merchandise etc
      3. Has an administrative control over his/her Bookkeeper/Cashier and Mechanic.
      4. Assures branch safety and security.
      5. Monitors and evaluates of his/her staff performance and enforce discipline to his subordinate.
      6. Maintain good public relations to LGU Offices (LTO, Municipal Government, PNP and DOLE)
      7. In still leadership ability toward his peers and subordinates.
      8. Monitors branch transactions, accounts and cash flow.
      9. Ensures quality customers applications & sales volume
      10. Check completeness of GM Bank Instalment customer/accounts documents.
      11. Should know the following:
        • Market Situational analysis in his/her area of responsibilities
        • Area Source of Income
        • Area Population
        • Competitors activity in the area.
        • Counter checking of branch transactions through random actual cash count, review/approve cash disbursement, deposits advances and over all operating expenses of the branch.
      12. Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Operation Head from time to time.
      13. Responsible in the generation of applications to ensure that he will be able to hit his sales target.
      14. Recruit and develop his SALES AGENT. Monitor day to day sales activity on his own territory to generate the desired application to be forwarded to the financing partner which is GM BANK.
      15. Create sales activities that would improve its application generation either store front activities or bringing GM MOTORCYCLE CENTRE close to the market place.
      16. Market Analysis of his area of responsibility by studying his competitors sales, pricing, promotions, merchandising, economic and political situation.
      17. Monitor branch collection targets.
      18. Ensure the branch reflect the GM MOTORCYCLE CENTRE image to our customers and the locality where the branch is located.
      19. Propose to our financing partners – GM BANK – best financing packages based on his branch best brand best models that he push in the market.
    (1) Branch Mechanic
      Qualifications:
      • At least 2 year course
      • At least 1 years experience in Motorcycle Electrical and Mechanical Engine as well as he/she know the Pre-Delivery Inspections during release of unit in the Branch.
      • Driving and must know how to communicate with his/her immediate superior and co-employee in the branch assignment.
      • Reports directly to the Branch Manager. Responsible on the after sales service to the customer.
      Responsibilities:
      1. In-charged on the branch after sales service.
      2. Maintain good relationship to our existing customer and develop good camaraderie.
      3. Home services if needed, however this is a case to case basis.
      4. Maintain good image and cleanliness on his service area.
      5. Monitors and evaluates of his/her job accomplishment if there is no customer complains with regard on back job service.
      6. Performs other functions as may be assigned by Branch Manager from time to time.
      7. Ensures that his tools are well maintained and accounted all the time.
    (1) Bookkeeper/Cashier
      Qualifications:
      • 4 years Business course, Accounting graduate
      • with experience in bookkeeping or cashiering has an advantage but not necessary. Willing to be trained.
      • Bookkeeping, computer literate with good communications skills
      Job Summary
      1. To do bookkeeping functions in the branch.
      2. To perform cashiering functions in the branch.
      3. To act as Assistant Officer-in-charge of the branch in absence of the Branch Manager.
      4. To act as branch office administrator.
      Job Duties and Responsibilities:
        I. Bookkeeping Functions
        1. Responsible in requesting application for Authority to Print from BIR.
        2. Responsible for the custodianship and monitoring of Accountable Forms by observing the ff.:
          • Recording of the IN and OUTs of Accountable Forms in the logbook and place them in a safe or filling cabinet with lock to ensure safety from unauthorized persons.
          • Ensures that the Collectors maintain one booklet at a time. In the event that the Collectors has to travel far with only few series left in the booklet (say 5 series), another booklet may be issued, but as soon as the Collectors arrived in the branch, the remaining series of old booklet must be the first to have been consumed and turned over to the Cashier, no excuse is acceptable. Otherwise, ask the Collector to surrender the said booklet and just cancel the remaining series.
          • Responsible for maintenance and monitoring of Inventory Stock Book for both the MC, Spare Parts, Tools, Batteries and Accessories, Service Units, Office Furniture and Equipment.
        3. Responsible for the preparation, recording, monitoring and Document’s pertaining to sales and collection transaction, Cash or Instalment
        4. Responsible for the accuracy and veracity of all request for payment before issuance of Checks for payment.
        II. Cashiering Functions
        1. To ensure that all cash payments, partial or full, are acknowledged with Official Receipt (OR) properly filled with the ff. Information:
          • Customer’s name
          • Correct Engine Number
          • Complete Address
          • Actual date when payment is received
          • Correct Application of payment
          • Tied up amount in words and in figures
          • Accurate outstanding balance (OB)
          • Customer’s signature
          • Cashier’s signature
        2. To ensure that all check payments are properly acknowledged and monitored by observing the ff. Procedures:
          • Issuance of Acknowledgement of Post dated Check (APC) to both post dated and on date check payments
          • Record the APC issued to APC Monitoring Logbook.
          • Deposit the check when due as indicated therein
          • Issuance of Official Receipt (OR) once cleared
          • If the check bounces, inform the customer in writing (enclose photo copy of bank DM) within 5 days demanding for cash replacement including interest/penalties
          • To ensure timely and accurate turnover of collection from Collector.
          • Responsible for the timely and accurate maintenance of manual Subsidiary Ledger (SL).
          • To ensure that collections on hand are well secured and deposited not later than the next banking day.
          • Responsible for the preparation of daily collections monitoring for check and balance of the Branch Manager
        III. Branch Administration Functions
        1. Ensure that check and balance in the branch operation are observed by strict implementation of company’s standard operating policies and procedures.
        2. Decide on important matters that need immediate action in absence of the Branch Manager.
        3. Ensure immediate dissemination of all general memos, specially pricing memos to all branch personnel concerned.
        4. Ensure that all branch personnel are signing in the Branch Attendance Sheet provided by HRMD and submit the original copy with attachments of summarized leave forms to HRMD not later than the 5th day of the succeeding month.
        5. Responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of the branch.
